If you have questions regarding to our online services, please contact our support exclusively by telephone . You can reach them most reliably from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 15:30 and on Friday from 09:00 to 13:00 by calling +49 (0)4321 9994 28. We are not available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. In the current year, our telephone support is also not available on 31.10. (Reformation Day).
